We conduct a rigorous application process to ensure the right people join our business. First there will be a brief conversation with one of the senior management team, followed by an initial meeting to introduce both parties. There will then be a full spectrum meeting between you and our full team, where will present the full opportunity, the service and the business to you and in return we expect a presentation on why you are right and what you will bring to the party. A final meeting will dot the I's and cross the T's, and lay down a road map with time scales for starting.
